This review is dedicated to people who are sitting at Billings counters/reception. Have never seen such non cooperative, ill mannered and arrogant people at the any of the hospital reception till now. They should be trained for communication and empathy.

Called to hospital for booking an appointment for a doctor as on website it shows that doctor has schedule on Wednesday and Thursday.
When asked for an appointment, staff said me that call again on Wednesday morning and if doctor will come then will let you know.

Just wondering, patient has to adjust their time and control their pain as per doctor’s suitability and presence at hospital.
I got my four year old child (HARNIA) operation in Mahavir Hospital. The PR OFFICER (Asavari parkar) there helped me a lot . Because of Dr.Shweta Madam I got good doctors and got treatment at minimal cost.If madam had not helped me, I would have been in a lot of trouble, ..and the(PICU) nurses I have also took very good care of my son.
Very good hospital, up-to-date facilities, supporting staffs, well maintained rooms and equipments, state of art facilities available.
Dr Nilesh Maru sir is Superman, he carried out my father's heart valve surgery smoothly, Dr Labdhi shah is very nice, kind-hearted, and supportive she consulted and helped us a lot.
